We will usually provide BETTER DISCOUNTS AND DEALS THE EARLIER YOU SIGN UP WHEN CLASSES OPEN FOR REGISTRY. The earlier you sign up for Swimming Sessions, THE BETTER THE DEALS YOU’LL SEE AND THE WORSE THEY WILL GET PROGRESSIVELY OVERTIME THE CLOSER THE FIRST DAYS OF CLASSES APPROACH. To take advantage of our best value deals by SIGNING UP EARLY.

Around-Your-Clock-Classes- If you can’t make a class-time slot we offer for your specific class at any location on our schedule, email us at (info@swimurban.com) the location and time you want of ANY class type/location/level time slot open fully (that has 0 people signed up on the schedule for Spring) and after that, we’ll get back to you with an email confirmation if the time slot is okay for us to replace for your desired class and we’ll replace it for your class type/level/age group in that time slot/location you chose. You must then sign up asap once we give you the confirmation email and replace the class for you class for you to ensure you keep that class and spot, as you must ensure you are the first to signup in that time slot; otherwise we’d have to decline our confirmation, in which case you will not be charged this fee, you just won’t get the class: (You’ll want to guarantee a sign-up for the Spring Swimming Session if you ask for a new time not on the schedule for your class if we give you the okay back WITHIN 7 HOURS OF OUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL, or you’ll be charged a fee of 50% of the class you wanted to take, just to ensure we don’t close our schedule off to other class types to other people who would have taken that class in case anything happens and you change your mind. SO REALLY BE SURE you’ll be taking a class in the Summer if you do this.)

(We usually, however, have a refund policy for all signups made on the normal schedule that you make within our schedule 24 hours before your first class that starts off the session, but the “Around My Clock” deal negates this refund policy after you hold you ask for a new time for your class and we give the okay. If you decide to cancel after that, you’ll be charged 50% of what you would have bought for your desired class ANYTIME before the start of the class if this happens, including before the 24-hour period before that class start time that you replaced.)

Feel Better Deal – If you miss a deal and you’ve already signed up without it, don’t feel bad! You can bring it up to us and we’ll give you something that we think matches your loyalty to our program (the more classes you took from us, the more help we can give.  Although we value ALL customers, we have to be able to upkeep and provide you the best service at a low price to you! We also want to reward those who caught a deal earlier, because we like when people stay in our social media loop! If you want to get your full values, follow us on Instagram and Facebook! You’ll never miss an amazing deal that comes early.

Student reservation benefit will secure your spot and will not allow over-booking during your session. Rescheduling lesson policy must be at least 24 hour is advanced. In the event of a no-show, without rescheduling your lesson on time, it will automatically determine a forfeit lesson, or you can pay 50% for that lesson and reschedule, on us, an unlimited amount of times! So you can keep missing classes and rescheduling, paying a small price. That, or you can simply get your money back for up to 1 extra missed class (that’s 2 in all) if you decide to take another session the next session ONLY, if you miss a forfeited day without paying 50% and not rescheduling. Just bring it up to us. 

ALSO: If you sign up for a Full Session, you can take as many extra classes you please for 50% OFF each extra day you’d pay (For Example, if adult swimming classes are $45 dollars a day, you’d pay $22.50 for as many extra classes that you want. Also, you can sign up whenever you want with that, as long as it’s before the class ANY TIME.

Bring up a Better Price If You Can:
If you message us lower prices directly offered by a Swimming-Lesson Company in Manhattan with the same benefits that we give, we’ll match it and offer that price to you for our service it equates to! The Swimming Company and service needs to be reputable and provide a better value based on what they offer in their staff and class etc. in exchange for the money given for the service. Swim Urban Corporation reserves the right to decide this. (We will explain our answer to you as well, so no worries!)

Deal Policy:
If a customer has already signed up without a deal or discount for a specific Session and particular student, he/she cannot use a deal we offer later for that specific Session and particular student EVEN IF THEY BACK OUT OF THE CLASS BEFORE 24 HOURS (but can use the deal we offered for other Sessions for that particular student and can ADD OTHER STUDENTS WITH THE DEAL WE OFFERED FOR THAT SPECIFIC SESSION THAT THE OTHER STUDENT MISSED, not to get confused! You will be charged $50 for replacing a student with another student though for that time slot)

Refund Policy:
In consideration of the fee paid, the participant understands class fee is non-refundable after the first day of class. 

Your cancelation policy time is in line with your Semi-Private Classes start times, even for package deal extensions that aren’t Semi-Private Lessons/Training. So if you bought the 70% OFF Semi-Private Lessons/Training + Full Priced 5 Private Lessons/Training Credit Package Deal for instance, you will be charged cancelation for everything you purchased if you cancel the package with less than 24 hours left before your first semi-private class starts. You must also, as stated on our website, please then call ASAP to setup the times for your additional 5 private swimming class credits, if using this semester (if you want to use your credits next semester, just call to setup times before 8/4/19, a week before the start of next session). Private lesson/training credits bought with 70% OFF Semi-Private Lessons/Training package deal expire by the end of the next session, which is October 19th, 2019. BE SURE TO SCHEDULE YOUR PRIVATE LESSONS/TRAINING TIMES  AND SCHEDULE BEFORE TO ENSURE YOU GET THEM. TAKE THEM BEFORE THEY EXPIRE SO YOU DON’T LOSE THEM.

Requesting cancellation before the first day of class must be at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund of the Session. You will be charged a 25% fee deduction when a cancellation request is within the 24-hour range before your first day of class (the first day of class for prorated customers DEPENDS ON when the individual signs up for his/her first day of classes). So for example, if you’re paying for 9 or 8 or 7 classes etc., you’d be charged 25% of how much the 9 or 8 or 7 etc. classes would cost in all if canceled within the 24 hour range before your first class starts before your session begins.

MAKEUP POLICY

If canceling 24 hours before any class day lesson or training/workout day, we give you UNLIMITED FREE MAKEUP CLASSES, and you don’t pay for the lessons and classes you missed. We give you the option to schedule makeup classes free of charge if canceled before 24 hours anywhere you want on the schedule that’s available, so just call us for the makeup time and we’ll let you know what we have available around your schedule and ours.

In any event you miss one class and you also don’t reschedule before 24 hours advance notice before the class starts, class is automatically forfeited and you pay for the class, UNLESS YOU PROVIDE A DOCTORS NOTE FOR THAT CLASS DAY YOU WERE SICK. Again, you’re given the option to reschedule that class free of charge if you cancel before 24 hours of when it starts FOR FREE, and you won’t be charged for the makeup, or IF YOU PROVIDE A DOCTORS NOTE FOR THAT DAY YOU CANCEL WITHIN 24 HOURS. IN ALL OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES, you’d pay for that class day you missed without a free reschedule, BUT IF YOU WANT TO MAKEUP A CLASS VERY INEXPENSIVELY IF YOU CANCEL AFTER 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR CLASS STARTS OR YOU MISS YOUR CLASS, YOU CAN:

BONUS FOR SEMI-PRIVATE CLASS LESSON/TRAINING Swim Urban Members:
All Swim Urban members who are currently taking Semi-Private Swimming classes are given the option to take an unlimited number of extra semi-private classes, 50% OFF, ANYWHERE (all locations) and anytime on the schedule, ALL as drop-ins for that session, so they don’t have to commit to extra classes in bulk. Just call us to arrange these extra lessons or training days you choose. Great for if you want more exercise and training inexpensively!

Ex. All semi-private classes you can do this with, but for examples sake, Adult Semi-Private Classes are $45. You’d pay $22.50 for another day if you’d like, as many days as you’d like! There is no commitment, but our makeup and refund policy remain the same for these purchases. 

Please note: If canceling during your session, again, you are responsible for payment for your student’s class WHETHER OR NOT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS CLASS, there are no refunds after the sessions start, but you can reschedule free of charge provided you follow policy above. Cancellation must be notified 24 hours in advance before the first day of the session to get a full refund before your session starts.

WHAT TO WEAR
Boys or Girls may wear swim suite, swimming caps & goggles. NO chewing gum or dangling jewelry. Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that is stays up for the entire session. Girls should not wear bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity. Personal items should be left in cubby holes. Jewelry should not be worn during classes. PLEASE LEAVE JEWELRY ARTICLES AT HOME. This facility’s staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student’s personal items are marked with their name.

ARRIVAL AND PICKUP
Be sure your student arrives 15 minutes before (no earlier please) his/her scheduled class time. Please pick up your student on time. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Instruct your student to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the building to your car. During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car.

Waiver
As legal guardian of my designated student(s) (student(s)), I hereby consent to all student(s) participating in this facility’s program(s). I recognize that potentially severe injuries can occur in any activity involving height or motion, including tumbling and related activities including cheerleading, tumble tramp, trampoline, stunting, pyramids, dance, swimming, martial arts, gymnastics and physical activity in general. I understand that it is the express intent of all staff and personnel to provide for the safety and protection of my student(s) and, in consideration for allowing my student(s) to use these facilities, I hereby COVENANT NOT TO SUE and FOREVER RELEASE this facility, affiliated and partner companies and organizations, property owners and lessors, staff, contractors, subcontractors, teachers, coaches, owners, directors and other members involved in this facility’s program(s), from all liability and for any and all damages and injuries suffered by my student(s) during instruction, supervision, and/or control during any and all classes or extra activities.

A safe pool environment has set of rules and regulations. Lets swim safe! When children are in the pool area, children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children must be within arms reach. There’s no running in the pool area. If you see anyone running, please ask them nicely to walk. Before entering the pool, please make sure you have the right swimming gear and equipment. Please shower before entering the pool. If you can’t find the showers, ask a staff member if he/she can direct you to the shower area. While parents and children are waiting for their classes, eating on the pool deck is prohibited. If you need a drink, water bottles may be allowed. No glass containers, however. When classes are over, make sure to take your belongings with you and put everything back where you found them. Facility must be left organized.
